Flavors of Fort Lauderdale is committed to the South Florida community. We are very excited to be working with Feeding South Florida as our charitable partner for this year's event.  Please consider a donation to FSF when purchasing your tickets through our website. Additionally, you can support this great cause on Saturday, November 10th and Sunday, November 11th at the Flavors events taking place at the Las Olas Marina.  We will be hosting a raffle with some great prizes - and all proceeds will be donated to Feeding South Florida.

We are very excited to announce our stellar line-up of participating chefs!  All demonstrations will take place on the Allied Kitchen & Bath Culinary Demo Stage.  On Saturday, November 10th, the Flavors After Dark, Featuring the Five Fabulous Female Chefs program will include Robyn Almodovar (Palate Party), Elizabeth Barlow (Dos Caminos), Lauren DeShields (Market 17), Jennifer Erickson (Rocco's Tacos) and Shar Melwani (Cookies by Shar).  

 At the Flavors Grand Tasting on Sunday, November 11th, the theme of the demonstrations will be sustainable seafood, showcased by Dean Max (DJM Restaurants), Ralph Pagano (Sole of the Ocean), Oliver Saucy (Cafe Maxx), Tony Sindaco (Sea) and Johnny Vinczencz (Johnny V Las Olas).
